Technical Support
If you are having technical difficulty using the Peer Coaching Web site, please use the following procedures:

- Coaches report problems to Facilitators.
- If the Facilitator is unable to solve the problem, the Facilitator will escalate the problem to the Group Administrator who can provide further assistance.
- If the Group Administrators is unable to solve the problem (such as account activation), they will report the issue to the Puget Sound Center at: PSCcoach_support@pugetsoundcenter.org. Please note that tech support is only available via email and is not staffed full time. We will do our best to respond to the issue as soon as possible.
